These terms govern your use of the Toolance website, calculators and Android application. By accessing or using Toolance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service description
Toolance provides free finance calculators, educational content and optional expense tracking features. We may add, change or remove tools at any time to improve the product.
Not professional advice
Toolance is for general information and planning only. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and standard formulas. Nothing on Toolance is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional or your bank, insurer or fund house.
Android app
Income, expense and transaction tracking are available in the Toolance Android app. Data you log in the app is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and backing up data when needed using the app export feature.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Toolance, including attempting to break security, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, upload malware, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
Toolance name, logo, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the calculators for personal or internal business planning. You may not copy, resell or republish the site or app as your own product without written permission.
Third-party links and ads
Our site may link to third-party websites or show advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your dealings with advertisers or external sites are between you and them.
Disclaimer of warranties
Toolance is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calculations or that results will match any lender, insurer or government portal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolance and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on calculator output.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
